Ribbonora helps transfer saved animal records from one Ribbonora account to another. Ribbonora does not legally transfer animal ownership, prove ownership, verify sale terms, verify registration, verify liens, verify microchip ownership, or resolve buyer/seller disputes. The current owner/seller must approve the record transfer. The buyer/new owner is responsible for verifying legal ownership, contracts, registration, health status, sale terms, and all required paperwork before relying on the transfer.
