Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Billing

Ribbonora subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Cloud for Care Holdings Inc., DBA Ribbonora, and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your Ribbonora account, through the Stripe customer portal, or by contacting tianna@cloudforcare.com. Cancellation stops future renewals.

48-hour first-time refund

First-time subscription charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 48 hours of the charge. To request a refund, email tianna@cloudforcare.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the account email and transaction date.

Renewal charges

Renewal charges and refund requests made after 48 hours are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Ribbonora in its discretion. Ribbonora may approve refunds for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other fair-use circumstances.

What happens after a refund or cancellation

If a refund is approved, Ribbonora may cancel the account and start the 7-day export/deletion period. Saved information will be deleted or de-identified after the 7-day period, subject to limited legal, payment, security, backup, dispute, and compliance retention exceptions.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable state law.
