This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud for Care Holdings Inc., DBA Ribbonora ("Ribbonora," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use Ribbonora. Ribbonora is designed for animal and pet record organization. It is not intended to collect human medical records or protected health information.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ribbonora does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, invoices, transaction records, fraud-prevention information, and tax-related information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Service providers
Ribbonora may share information with service providers that help operate the service, including Supabase, Stripe, email/support providers, hosting/security providers, and analytics providers if used.
No sale of personal information
Ribbonora does not sell personal information. Ribbonora does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required opt-out rights before using such features.
Sharing records you initiate
Ribbonora allows users to share animal records with veterinarians, owners, buyers, trainers, barns, boarding facilities, groomers, haulers, event organizers, or other people the user chooses. Users are responsible for confirming that they intend to share those records and that the recipient information is correct.
Your privacy rights
Regardless of state, users may request access, correction, deletion, export/portability, and opt-out rights by emailing tianna@cloudforcare.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Ribbonora may need to verify identity before completing requests.
Export your records
You can request a full export of your Ribbonora records at any time — animal profiles, photos, vaccine records, Coggins, CVIs, registration papers, show records, breeding records, ride logs, feeding/care notes, and uploaded documents. You can also download an individual animal's records directly to a PDF from that animal's profile page using the "Download PDF" button.
Children
Ribbonora is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 to create an account.
Security
Ribbonora uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
U.S.-only service
Ribbonora is intended for users in the United States.
