All paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before purchase. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address — tax rates and rules vary by state, county, and city. You may cancel anytime through your Ribbonora Billing page, Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support@cloudforcare.com. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after your paid subscription begins, cancellation stops future renewals and starts a 7-day export period. First-time paid charges may be refundable if requested within 48 hours. Approved first-time refunds allow account access through the end of the current monthly billing period for export or download of records.
